That was never easy for me. Being “just friends” with you might be too difficult for me, considering that I just can’t look at you the same. I can’t look past our memories and dig up a whole new person to look at. It’ll only make me reminisce through our past and that’s the last thing I’d want to do. I just wish that there was a way for me to be able to stay friends with you without me picking up the memories we’ve left behind.
